REFRESH WINE GENTLELY

20 minutes in a bucket half filled with water and ice

All our tastings at the property are served in our Viard Laroque flutes - 21 cl
A chalice characterized by a deep puncture and an interior beading point which generates and enhances the string of bubbles. .

- THE FLUTE -
Prefer the flute, its slender shape allows the aromas to unfold without getting lost
and its shape encourages the string of "pearl necklace" bubbles to stretch to the surface
towards an explosion in the mouth.

Fill it up to 2/3 to let the aromas express themselves.

The blidas or other elongated glass can easily replace the absence of a flute.
Flared shapes such as cups are to be avoided.

If you don't finish your bottle, consider using a cork specially created for sparkling wines. Thus the aromas and the effervescence will be preserved to appreciate the next tasting.
